Just wondered if anybody has any experience with these. Sounds very handy just to swap from one trailer to another. Sick of trailing cables and faulty earths etc. I am a livestock farmer!!

The Connex ones seem bright and with very good magnets. Carry case about same size as a good first aid kit, so easy enough to keep in tractor cab.

Went over a bump and 1 fell off, so welded a small hook on and use a zip clip as a security link!
They are good.

Got a set of Connix ones, excellent things.

Tend to add a cable tie as extra security against them falling off.

Great when leading bales, no need to get out of the cab when hitching up.
Also you can find the trailer in the dark!

Have a connix set they are great although i made a chain thing to attach them on after i lost one an had to go looking for it

Mine rusted as i used them on fert spreader. Dad decided to oil them! They fell off. Stood the drop okay. Still working fine.

I followed some the other day that had a faulty earth as when he indicated his brake light flashed instead so still not ideal.

I would guess the faulty earth was on the vehicle rather than the lights and was affecting the supply at the 7 pin plug!

has anyone found these pretty naff, got the proper sparex ones and they seem to lose connection after about 5 metres, any comments?
