Here are the stairs and the start of the tower that will give access to the tops of the silos.

The discharge augers arrived yesterday and will be fitted when the conveyors are in position.

Looks a bit strange with the coloured sheets only on one side, nobody cares how it looks from the back?

The nearest tree is half a mile away so its hardly going to blend in

The galvanised portion either faces North away from the residential area or will be blocked in by other silos.

It's not my place to comment on the mental capacity of the PC planning committee.

The stairs are starting to take shape, this will give access to the top of both new silos.

Presume they jack up ,put a ring on ,lower reset a repeat until its at the finished height

No Bank Holiday beers for the lads building the silos, lots of progress over the weekend.

Just managed to catch the last jacking of the first silo, before the final base ring of sheets is added.
