OK "Boys" none of us got our thinking caps "ON"
Flooded means as above insurance claim yes "Then" what about putting them all through a biomass plant to dry them again, come on then now who is a clever boy! Scam possibly!

If they where torrified pellets they would not be a problem no matter how wet they get.

Never had to pay that, the drivers all know to ring before delivery, and are happy to just get on with it anyway.
Although I always try to make sure i am there

Good chinese door stop. I have the electric motor version which is a very good learning curve for how difficult it really is to make quality pellets with rubbish equipment.
