I have been delivered new bags every year.

Look great, but when they are new they slide off the trailer easier.............. gives the local farmers some amusement when they slide off on the way to the wool department !!

Now put them in a high sided trailer and not a bale trailer. Not that the incident will EVER be forgotton :D

Came across a filled sheet lying in the road, an A road, so pulled it to one side onto the verge. I happened to have a weight sheet in the truck with the Porthmadog number on it so rang them and asked them to pass the message on to anyone who came in the next half hour. I had a strong suspicion that it was a flat bed lorry with a half dozen that passed me a few minutes before.

There was once a time it would have been worth putting on your trailer. Be more effort than it’s worth these days.:(

A few years ago I happened to watch an episode of Heartbeat where the storyline was that someone was gathering sheep off the common hill grazings, shearing them and then releasing them back, making off with the wool. I commented to Mrs Y that I would be quite happy for that to happen here! I'd be quids in!
