Wool Products Survey

I know how you all hate a survey but if you do stuff with wool it would be really helpful if you completed this one.
We started doing stuff with our own wool eight years ago, sending off 20kg of fleece and getting 8kg of hand knitting wool back in balls. This year we have sent off ten tonnes of raw fleece from over twenty different farms.
Over this time we have learnt a lot and rattled not a few cages.
The main resistance to manufacturers using British Wool is it’s too easy to get hold of Merino and lots don’t know how good British Wool is.
Our next step is to prove them wrong by manufacturing products so be good to know what interest there would be.
Thanks in anticipation

As per @Hill Ground , I've done the survey but don't think my input will help you much.

What I will say though is, I coordinated the collection of about 2 tonnes of Lincoln wool from last year's clip.
We sold it to a new start up company called Benridge Woolworks. They didn't pay a fortune for it (I reckon about five times the WB price), but the money is in the bank.
They've sold some on for felting and processed the rest, one way or another, and have apparently sold out. It seems their customers love it.

We've had very good feedback from them and they want more of the same this year. Also talking about increasing the price to us, which makes a refreshing change from the WB.

It goes to show that the customers are out there for this good British product.

Yeah, it seems the 'establishment' can be a bit 'touchy'.
My reply to this post on the British Wool Facebook page got me banned - I'm now persona non grata and no longer able to access it.
