Work lights on front tank

Going to put some work lights on the front tank, how do you work out what size fuse is needed. There is a light socket on the front of the tractor. Was going to use the side light pins there is a left and right but they are 10amp each. Would one of these pins be enough for one work light? The work lights I’m going to put on came off a MF 6490.

Amps required is simple, watts divided by volts.
So a 55w spotlight on 12volt is 55/12 = 4.58amp.
Should in theory manage to run two 55w spots on a 10amp fuse.
There are other things like resistance of wires etc that can effect the sum but I'd try a 10 or 15amp fuse to run the spots in that example.
Older spotlights with ordinary bulbs are usually 55w, newer led types vary quite a bit.
I'd be surprised if sidelight wiring/fuses were up to the job, headlight wiring would be ok, if the pins are 10amp then it should be ok.

Use LED lights will not draw much current then.

You could use the sidelight circuit to operate a relay in parallel with the sidelight bulbs, then run sperate wiring with its own fuse to the work lights through that relay.
This is a good way of doing it, you really don't want the normal headlights on reflecting back at you. I have done it this way, with a socket on a flying lead tucked under the bonnet by the radiators.
