I stealth planted a lot of native ‘unusuals’ twenty and more years ago in a particular area. It is nice to go back and see how they are doing.
They will be there long after I’m gone.
So far I have planted over 2000 trees and hedging on my plot, turning it from nullarbour to a pleasant shady place.
Mrs SS is currently planting the last of our hedge divisions.
OK we will never be as expansive as Wakelyns but it’s nice and shaded in the hot, hot summers and again the trees will be there long after me & the mrs👍😎
