Wrapper baler problem.

Problem with John Deere 678 wrapper baler over tensioning wrap on one side, breaks film when it starts to wrap. Nothing obvious, any ideas?

Are rollers rotating freely and smoothly? Bearings not tight or locking?
Have you cleaned ALL the tack off the rollers?
Wrap threaded correctly and not upside down by mistake? Easy done if end of wrap folded back around.

I would guess stiff bearings where the roll of wrap sits or maybe some cuts/nicks in the tube on the cut and hold mechanism.

Sometimes the rollers sat all winter can get stiff at the bearing, liberal wd40 generally gets them away And once rotating freely they will be fine.
