Seen this before on net and sadly it was said to be the guy on his knees was the Lorry driver and driver of 360 was in cab hence bonnet up trying to stop engine. If I am wrong I would gladly stand to be corrected. Just shows what can and does go wrong. On a side note I would rather not see accidents on these threads that could show loss of life not nice for families involved thank you.
I hope he's the digger man and not the tipper man!

Have heard of putting digger arm in the back of the tipper to catch it if that ever happened, better a bashed side as a coped trailer.
Ps, digger door looks still closed, so not looking good for operator
