No wheel marks on the round about, no debris the other side, swerving cars or reaction, not to mention the blue sign road sign which is amazingly close :) more importantly the man with the camera drove off without even assisting so close to the scene of the accident!

There is a roundabout near us which is quite unassuming on a stretch of 60mph road and it is quite a regular occurance to see a sump at the kerb followed by a trail of oil and a flattened road sign.
