According to my Mrs who can speak some German it went 400m after hitting the tree and its a difficult extraction.i can speak fluent german, and basically he said the yanker was going flat out down the road and clipped the tree.

Typical spokesperson for the fire brigade very correct and only talks about the facts relating to the accident

And the accident will be investigated by the police
He did mention that the implement touched one of the trees but didn't say it was the cause of the accident
He is not allowed to that is the job of the police.
He comes over as a very well trained press Sprecher
Sorry I can't give you any juicy gossip from that clip but no doubt it will all be one face book.

Whats load rating of slats? And how much does a 2300 gallon tanker with injector or dribble bar whatever it is weigh. I'd guess you'd never get same weight of cows on same area of slat
The angle tractor is sitting and tanker looks like it has rolled in suggests tanker only had 1 wheel on slats, but that puts half weight of tanker right in middle of slat, weakest point.

Usually 6 ton axle load on a wide span slat, at a guess that could have been up to 12 ton axle load.
