Does anyone know how to get task volume applied icon on there widget mine is missing saw one with it on but can't get mine to show it .

Looks like you have made the widget window smaller and the hidden the lower information.
Try pressing and holding the widget until it goes red and see if you can drag the bottom of the window down a bit. It's ages since I changed my widgets so I can't really remember the exact sequence. Good luck

I have tried that the widget will not give any more information you can just make the widget fit the screen
