How flexible is Xero in terms of management accounts? Can you create different account/expenditure headings to track expenditure e.g. Electricity, fertiliser, vet & med, labour, contractors etc etc?

Yes, you can create as many headings as you want. Can also set tracking across multiple headings. So my crop inputs i track to a cropping year which is different to my financial year. I also track each of my big bits of kit so that it’s easy to see running costs.
