I have a 3 year old Yamaha 450 which has done around 15,000 miles and suddenly it stopped and found the fuse had gone on the fuel pump.
I changed the fuel pump and all seemed fine for a couple of weeks and the same thing happened again so I sent that one back and have put another one on.
This seems to be labouring when it starts and only lasted 24 hours before it started blowing fuses again.
There have been issues with Yamaha fuel pumps apparently but 2 new new ones being faulty seems unlikely.
The fuel is clean as the tank has been taken off and emptied. When the bike is running it is fine.
Any ideas please?
