“The fire service, police, plus air and land ambulances all attended the scene, but tragically the male was pronounced deceased at the scene.
“His next of kin have been informed and this death is not currently being treated as suspicious. Due to the age of the male, police will support the Health and Safety Executive with their investigation into this matter.”

I did wonder when JP1 posted picture of his young son using a Wrapper,
Surely underage,
You just can’t be too careful,
You never give up do you . He was under full and constant supervision . That must be the ninth or tenth post on here over the years when you can't resist posting about him

Pretty sick on this thread too

My thoughts are with the family of this young lad

@grainboy has a point I'm afraid. We are all guilty of it, in what other industrial setting would it be deemed acceptable to have a child in the vicinity of never mind in control of 750-1250 kg of spinning mass and stood right next to unshielded hydraulic hoses containing high pressure hot oil. We all take risks on our own account but it is unfair to endanger children.

Probably illegal as well,
So don’t go jumping on your high horse,
When you have posted an incriminating picture,

Ps, it was not a sick comment, but an honest one,

I have in my 45 years working in and around agriculture, seen the effect of farming deaths,
Actually witnessed one first hand, it wasn’t a pleasant time for all concerned.

This is a tragic accident, and thoughts go to the family.
You are always very quick to criticise others for what you perceive as a wrong, yet often post pictures of yourselves working on sheds with a forklift and man cage. Apologies if I am wrong, but my understanding of the law is that for any planned work this is not acceptable, and should involve a lifting platform/scissor lift.

Just tripped over this on YouTube..
When you see it all joined together, if it's all true, it's rather scarey.

Point taken, technically correct,
But I would never let a minor near any farm machinery,
