Yet another scorching dry day with a wind building that would take your skin off. Much better than the normal heavy rain but I'm taking break til around 4 when it gets a bit cooler.

Cooler in wind, but warm in shelter, drying, grass starting to burn over rock heads. Springs still producing but suspect that may only be the case for another week.
Hill is tinder dry. Last patch of snow appeared to leave today.
