Sunny and dry here , light land patches starting to show stress now in both spring sown and autumn sown cereals. Heavy land beet a bit gappy but on the whole better than expected and racing along . Fair bit of weevil damage to vining peas already. Other than that everything is ticketyboo.

21mm in May according to local wunderground station, apart from a bit of heavy land spring barley no real issues here

Almost all of that was first couple of days in May. Those spring crops that only got the 2nd 12mm dose look crap.

Yup i think only 3mm of that has come since the 13 May, bit of light drizzle today but nothing to stop us
