Fudge they look like some good crops of OSR @Clive ! Ours looks good where its in the row but there's the odd bare patch about that spoil the look of the whole field overall.

I hope in combination with post 1 of this thread that it starts to bust the myth that you can’t do OSR on the cheap and expect it to be any good

The pics are the same field as the drilling video and spend has been low as possible so far. Focus has been on minimising risk in a crop that has become a gamble to establish

If I was posting pictures of bare stubble failed crop my losses would not be large, I have written very few cheques re this crop to date.

Not rolled - with hindsight I should have as may have saved slug pellets pass

X 1 slug pellets (4kgs) - field middles not headlands

0.3 clomazone -£52/L of farm marketplace - felt no choice here as hedge mustard is an issue here and no other control

0.75 falcon last week - stock from last year so would have to look up price

Other than inputs / costs in post 1 of this thread that’s it to date
