Zetor gear grinding?

On my zetor 6211 when shifting between gears 1-3 the gears grind however don’t at extremely low revs but from 3-5 shifting is fine, also if shifting from 4-3 down shifting the gears they can grind. Is this an issue or just the way it’s being driven?

i am petty certain our old 7245 is only syncroed in 4 and 5

Synchro on 4-5 only, you need to double de clutch for the others. Easy if you are over 60, otherwise you'll have to consult an elder of the tribe who still has a memory.

dont double clutch
clutch once slip it out of gear then blip the throttle and slid the next gear down
