Zolvix Drench gun spares

Anyone know who makes the Zolvix Drench guns? Need to get some parts for my two.

This happened to one of mine when it was brand new, have you still got the other bit that it slots into? I glued mine back on with gorilla glue

I think we have asked about parts before and it wasn't possible. Keep all old one's for spares.

I broke mine but some websites charge a fortune for them but MVF have them for 40 bucks. I wouldn't use another style of dosing gun now unless I was forced to. Job changer those drench guns

Zolvix drench gun

Morning all, Just been servicing my Zolvix drench gun. Have found the threaded adjustment part very tight. Have put some grease on the threads but not made any difference. The threads are that tight it’s causing the plunger part to pop out the trigger. Anyone else had this issue?

It's always that bit that pops out with these guns. Had two do it now , taped one up but glue would be a better idea as above.

you might need to disassemble it again one day don't forget just don't let the tape fowl the little bit of movement needed and yer good to go.

I got my local engineer guy to make me up some of those inserts that hold the plunger.
Perhaps I should get him to do some more and offer them for sale?

If I can help someone even in a simple way I will.

Tape or stick that part in place when the gun is bought and it wont be lost.
Same with the nozzle if its strengthened a bit some how it shouldnt break so easily in use as some can do.

Many tools etc even brand new, can be modified to make them even better.

Useful tips on just about everything is the brilliant thing about the modern information network I reckon.

Edit : Spare O rings of the right type are easily availiable and silicon grease will help it bed and work smoothly.

Have managed to get hold of a replacement part thanks to @neilo picture. Dropped it into the 3D printer guy today. Hopefully he can come up with something
