Hello, lurker turned poster here. I’m looking to purchase 5 – 10 acres of land in Wales, preferable mid to south to run as a small smallholding. Hi, I currently run a commercial vehicle accessory company ie. fitting roof racks, internal racking, sign writing to vans (nothing mechanical) and am currently based in Colchester. Due to expanding the business i am looking for workshop space between chelmsford and ipswich. -500 - 1000sqft -double doors ideally about 3 meters in height. -space outside for 1 - 2 vehicles - water tight - lighting - a few electrical outlets.
