Nothing yet ! But what about the uk arm who is responsible for that who can I pursue for misspelling misinforming and who is the CEO who I need answers from!!
Spoke to tech on Wednesday so they are answeringServers and websites down and EWP UK seam impossible to get hold of so that's probably a good clue to what's happening?
You should probably start with Companies House if you need to know who the directors are.
And talk to your solicitor.
You don't expect this to end well do you
Not for owner'sYou don't expect this to end well do you
My supplying dealership and errector went under a few days before Christmas last year just after they had been paid for a twelve months maintenance contract in advance. What I want to know is what the company's who we bought the turbines from going to do to support and protect us are they going to attempt to cream off us having talked to the bank again today they are awating an announcement to see what the next steps are so it's still a waiting game lets home the the uk Distribution teams that have made money from us will set up away to support us

I think we are more or less on our own now if Endurance UK do go under and there for will only have three options as
1- pay for any repairs at whatever cost as they arrive or
2- use a fixed cost insurance based cover
3- take turbine down and save getting screwed
It's a bleady shame that investment company's don't want to buy our problem's but any investment doesn't come RISK FREE

Did you not pay for due diligence when you bought your turbine ?
The due diligence is there to check that it's underwritten and that is they go under there's insurance in place to cover your assets like if you buy a BMW and they sell to jaguar your BMW warranty is still covered till the end of the termHow does due diligence help you if the company goes bust?

No there are lot of judges who are holding the directors liable if it's proven intenthttps://www.gov.uk/government/case-...d-power-invests-in-the-uk-with-help-from-ukti
What even when the government helped them
Set up and recommended using them
So the CEO of dream is the same CEO of endurance uk hes talking all rentals saying it's ok carrying on with trying to install on new sites but ignoring the purchases or the resellers who sold the purchases of turbines, so he can look after his own turbines but not mine !!! So I am high and dry but his investment are not
Well when evoc went bust they people who sold the product were liable what I am worried about is why the resellers who would not be liable for a product the they sold have not decided to go after the people who have allegedly been pilfering money from endurance and running the business into the ground ! So the uk CEO can carry on running his business and putting there business at risk I wonder why earthmilll endurance dc21 and many others are not taking legal steps to protect there customers and there businesses
Dream was their company that owns their lease turbines? The lease turbines were meant to be covering all warranties as I was told that by Bradley Dean Bardua himself around 18 months ago when I questioned him how Endurance could pay for warranties after the rush of sales has ended. He was in my yard discussing problems with my turbine with two other top men from Endurance Canada. We are doing what we can, but when a company goes into liquidation there isn't much you can do. The warranty is a limited manufacturer's warranty with no underwriting. Of course if the directors have acted improperly they will be personally liable.
If you are looking at companies house and Endurance, Dream etc. just check out the debt and guarantees across the various companies, I suspect the liquidator will be knocking on quite a few doors asking for money!
I've heard the EWP UK will be filing for bankruptcy on Monday next week.
