Been eating less and moving more for last 4-6 weeks. I'm no runner but managed 3.14 miles last night, have been going with daughter and she sets an app on her phone. I don't weigh myself, but I've now got a whole new wardrobe......all the stuff thats been lying in drawers and wardrobe I can now get into. The best bit is I feel so much fitter and more energy, it inspires me to keep it up.
