Bad that very bad what a twit of a person.I was at a sale 2 years ago and a seller said to my boy there's a £10in each animal for you everything your farther buys cows calfs I had 6 and a bull he never paid my boy and I've not bought anything of his since and never will it wasn't expected and I've never said anything but he knows my boy learnt a lot that day

Yes silly of him had a different one this week bought some feeding ewes off farm dropped them off 2 ewes for luck he said came in for cup tea and I paid him what we agreed and paid for the 2 luck ewes at the same money because the ewes he brought were worth more then he asked me over the phone just gave him the chq he put it in his pocket didn't look at it go to sale today I have 3 boys he got hold of them £20quid eachBad that very bad what a twit of a person.
The only people who think its bent are the ones who don't or rather cant make that much out of stock.

There is absolutely no way hmrc could prove luck money was undeclared income it is cash from farmers pockets with no papertrail so it does not exist ,unless they only use this cash to live on and no other drawings thereby providing the evidence of undeclared earningsObviously some wont but their are some very big players in the cattle world times of year they will be raking in a lot of luck they would be fool hardy if they dont declare a good proportion of it.
