We are on chalk or otherwise high Ca. Every spring pass in cereals & OSR.

What are your Mg soil indices? Nitrate or sulphate? Any tissue tests? Forgive the questions but I am also on chalk but leave the Mg until T2&3 because I’m using Mn, Cu or B with earlier sprays. All have showed up as low with tissue tests.

Same here, I've been doing lots of tissue sampling over the last few seasons and I've got my cu,zn,b,mn right mg is the last to sort. I've been using mag nitrate out of a ibc for t1,t2,t3 on all cereals and osr at 3 lt and I think that's whereby need to be the only thing else to do is an early spring t0ish application when I go through with MN.

Can’t you build your Mg indices at all? We have a bit by using kieserite with all PK applications. We would be 1-2 Mg mostly
