Laureate spring barley drilled 8th of April has pretty much all emerged, considering it’s not had any rain on it I’m quite pleased. Looks much better than the winter barley it replaced anyway.

I even treat this to another 250kg/ha of Axan, if it hadn't been so dry I might not have continued with this experiment, but as it is, at least its growing, unlike some of the drilled stuff
