Yes that was us getting it home. Well cared for one owner machine that was recommended to us by the guys who do our service work.
4wd so no more worrying about getting stuck and plenty capacity which is what we like up here.

I'm surprised - the auger length made me think 24'. I guess it has an extension to stop running on straw swaths.

Picking more fat lambs today to go in 2 weeks time, the ginger necked ewe on the right has this pair of twins early March and has lived on poor PP since and in a huge drought to.
Both Mule whethers, 1x 38kg and 1x 34kg.
Not bad for a 60kg ewe in 12 weeks!!

Well, it did rain after all.
This was the total. I tried to catch it all in a barrow.
Geese have really hammered some spring barley in the last week despite my best efforts. They eat it at night and when I am not looking, they are totally immune to any form of control, they use scarecrows for perches....
It does look a bit bare and dry.
So now they are filling themselves on my 'second cut'.
