avoid valtra, we had a 2012 n121 and it was crap. My reccomendation is case, we have a maxxum 125 and its a good tractor, though make sure you get the electric joystick as the cable stoll joystick is a heap of shite.
How much? (POA I suppose? )
I was going to suggest this as a low houred alternative to a new tractor that met most of your criteria.
It's in a sale in 10 days very near where I thought you were but then when you mentioned selling all your kit for a change of business I guessed it must be your sale. I guessed wrong though by the sounds of it.
I thought the M were the dole model, the R being the bees knees but you have to remortgage your whole farm to pay the repayments. Why nobody suggesting New JD 120 m . Supposedly the bees knees .
That ones got 2200 hours on though. Been there a while I think.

They got rid of the people who started that and are now a proper democratic country with very well paid workers who have full rights. As opposed to China who treat their population badly and shoot their enemies. What about one that brought the whole world to war and killed millions of innocent civilians and service men......twice?
How about a kubota m6 series would fit the bill and stil be reasonable money or a massey 5s is a nice compact machine with up to around 130hp availableim looking for something similar or slightly smaller to the OP (replacing a t6010), but apart from a basic t5 (dont want as i dont like the italian built models for a few reasons) there doesnt really seem to be anything suitable. a t5 dynamic command would be nice but they are higher spec and more money, JD 6090m is even more money, never thought id say it but starting to look like a fendt 311 might be one of my best options, as if im gonna go high spec i might as well go CVT, and the fendt seems not bad value compared to other small cvts, other option im looking at is a poverty spec T6.160, as if im gonna put up with the bigger frame i might as well have the 6 cyl engine as its still the same overall size, it seems a lot of tractor for the money compared to the smaller tractors. anyone got any bright ideas for me?
I know exactly what you mean,I thought initially the T5 dynamic command was the same back end as a T6 but it’s not it’s still lightweight but big money, shame they don’t give the option of short wheelbase T6 anymoreim looking for something similar or slightly smaller to the OP (replacing a t6010), but apart from a basic t5 (dont want as i dont like the italian built models for a few reasons) there doesnt really seem to be anything suitable. a t5 dynamic command would be nice but they are higher spec and more money, JD 6090m is even more money, never thought id say it but starting to look like a fendt 311 might be one of my best options, as if im gonna go high spec i might as well go CVT, and the fendt seems not bad value compared to other small cvts, other option im looking at is a poverty spec T6.160, as if im gonna put up with the bigger frame i might as well have the 6 cyl engine as its still the same overall size, it seems a lot of tractor for the money compared to the smaller tractors. anyone got any bright ideas for me?
Kubota is a good thought actually, will have to get a look at one. Does the 5s have the same chinesium engine as the g series valtra or is it different? How about a kubota m6 series would fit the bill and stil be reasonable money or a massey 5s is a nice compact machine with up to around 130hp available
No idea on the engine but not heard any bad press about that so its a good signKubota is a good thought actually, will have to get a look at one. Does the 5s have the same chinesium engine as the g series valtra or is it different?
Think I need to do some more digging on that, seems the fendt Massey and valtra all have "4.4 sisu engine", I would assume it's not just the valtras that is Chinese made? Anyone know?No idea on the engine but not heard any bad press about that so its a good sign
Kubota M6, Newholland T6.160 or Valtra N135 are your best options. All have downsides and all more money than you want to spend. Kubota would be the cheapest, Valtra probably best spec for the money.Kubota is a good thought actually, will have to get a look at one. First 2 would probably be higher on my list than the valtra tbh, because if I'm gonna go for bigger frame I'd much rather have a 6 pot. One thing that's putting me off is that the t6010 is very handy sized around my sheds, would a t6.160 or even a n series actually be much more compact than just putting a loader on my T7? If not then it's seriously pushing the limits of what will get round my sheds. I'm assuming the Kubota would be more similar size to my 6010?Kubota M6, Newholland T6.160 or Valtra N135 are your best options. All have downsides and all more money than you want to spend. As has been said T5 back end is still tiny and G5 is from Chiiinaaa
Kubota turns like a 2wd tractor. Very nimbleFirst 2 would probably be higher on my list than the valtra tbh, because if I'm gonna go for bigger frame I'd much rather have a 6 pot. If ur gonna look at it that way the only 3 things you need to consider are wheelbase, width and steering angle. First one you can't alter but tyre sizes can alter the latter very dramatically. It's surprising how many tractors out there look very different size wise but when measured are not.First 2 would probably be higher on my list than the valtra tbh, because if I'm gonna go for bigger frame I'd much rather have a 6 pot.
