Does anyone still make a front linkage mounted disc unit of some kind that could be used as a primary cultivation in front of a pronto drill, also does anyone use something similar or a toolbar for going direct into stubble with a pronto

Yes as shown above Agriweld do the assist which is a rear mounted toolbar with a hitch on the back to pull your drill. The toolbar has a straight cutting disc with a low disturbance subsoiler leg behind at 500mm spacing across the machine. What size drill are you running I have a 3 / 4m in storage in my shed. The same arrangement is available as front mounted machine call the Mantis due to its signature front steering depth wheels. Have a 3m rigid and a 4m in store in my shed

when you say front mounted disc unit they have produced a front mounted machine with 2 rows of cultivating discs. Don’t have one of those in my shed!

give Dean and co a call and have a chat about what your looking for.

cheers
