Winter beans (2 varieties) and oats together, following maize. Drilled with Metcalfe legs at 250 spacing. Due for combining and rolling together for cow mix. Beans drilled first deep, then oats. The drill dropped into the bean rows with the oats without trying. Drilled with GPS but not RTK.

Combine, roll together (twice through roller mill, first on bean setting then on oats), then into milker's diet. What is your plan for the beans and oats?

Interesting.Good to see that cutting DFF from the pre-em has preserved the clover.
Looks good, couldn't drill anything here at the moView attachment 1072340
A neighbour is putting our beans in for us today. Annoyingly our seed only arrived yesterday afternoon.
I was surprised that it’s dry enough tbh, looking at the forecast it’s not very promising.Looks good, couldn't drill anything here at the mo

Have you used many slug pellets?Wheat ex clover starting to move quickly now,
second wheat, chopped straw, starting to out pace the slugs.View attachment 1072567View attachment 1072568View attachment 1072569
