Anyone hear of the brand tcm before? I'm looking at buying a yard forklift branded tcm in an auction coming up in a retirement sale. Wondering where I will get parts for it afterwards though ?

I use a TCM forklift yes. It has 15 odd thousand hours on it and gives no bother at all. Isuzu engine. Not sure where the dealers are exactly, but we have Kridan forklifts on the doorstep who I daresay could source whatever was needed. Its not my forklift but I've used it at certain times of year since 2009. I far prefer it to a Nissan we hired one year, for sure. Mostly due to the joystick on the Nissan.

I remember working on the A303 straightening east of Stonehenge with Raymond Browns, they had a TCM 25 ton loading shovel they were digging chalk out and loading A25 Volvos with, also a big old CAT slew that had come back from the Falklands.

interned at a dealership who sold them and serviced them, we have an electric 1,5 ton and old 2,5 ton diesel ourselves, good pieces of kit. These days the are sold as unicarriers

They were a reliable forklift. Used to be a carrot grower here with a few of them and they weren't given much sympathy
We had ours 30 years, it was a grey import from Japan so probably 40 years old when we had a poorly hydraulic pump last year and sold it. Photo from 19 years ago
