Haha well as long as you are pleased with what you’ve got once they are home that’s the main thing father used to say that all the time. Money is just a temporary hiccup it gets forgotten about
Yeah,pleased with what we got....on a good trade the poorer ones are often dearer than the better ones in comparison,often think if theyre gonna be dear at least mek sure theyre good ones. One or 2 folk told me they were dearer than chapel by a bit.

I didn’t get to Chapel but a mate told me they were a very dear trade considering he had 100 out of there last year and came home empty this time

Yes,be interesting to see where trade goes from here...been to 2 sales now where demand has been high and st johns chapel dear as well....looks as though they are going to be more expensive right through now.

Trouble is if you want the better end of ewes you really need to be at the early sales otherwise the quality drops off. The other problem is when you buy them late they can often not twin as well buying late on
