100ish HP Tractor

Looking for a replacement for a friend for his 6255, really can't be any bigger but a little smaller is no problem as long as it is big enough to handle a 24ft bale trailer full of straw/hay. Budget under 30 grand if possible, anything excluding VAT prefferable as he isnt VAT registered. Needs to be small and nimble as the tractor will have to do a lot of work in some quite tight yards. Any suggestions? Local to taunton prefferably but can travel a little bit for the right machine. Would need a loader, or would need left over budget to fit a loader. Also would like something halfway decent spec and lowish hours.

Just about be getting into 5612 at that budget but probably not with a loader, and won’t be mega low hours either.
