It costs the landlords a lot of money to take cases to arbitration, and they will have to show their hand then, so nothing to lose by asking for their evidence now.
AHA rents are not the same as open market.. Have they served notice, and when was the last review. Following the correct procedure is critical, and reviews have failed because of careless agents.
