You really would think he had little time , what with Gardening, driving high performance cars and herding a bunch of cats ( also known as TFF ) oh and a little farm to run. Man is a hero!

I have just been going to the gym more recently nothing crazy, have dropped a bit of weight 85kg down to 80kg and reduced body fat % from 24% to 19% over the last few months through gym and a diet (not strict but just cutting out some of the crap !)

Planning on getting back in a race car next year after a 18 month break so needed to get fitness back up

I borrowed a road bike for Sunday (Saturday was the first time I rode it !). I have mountain bike I use a bit but it’s years since I’ve riden a bike on the road but now fancy getting a road bike and doing more !
