As part of a commitment to delivering targeted marketing communications that support technical excellence, Agrovista UK is delighted to announce the appointment of Janine Heath.

Janine joins the team as Marketing Communications Manager, with a key focus on translating science and agronomy into digestible marketing material.

Her previous experience includes roles at Harper Adams University, Pilgrims Choice cheese and more recently, she held the position of Communications Manager for crop protection manufacturer, UPL.

Janine, who studied broadcast journalism at Staffordshire University and is CIPR qualified, said: “Marketing at Agrovista has undergone a remarkable transformation recently, so I feel both excited and rather lucky to be joining such a vibrant team.

“Translating technical information and amplifying it through creative marketing tactics has long been a passion of mine. As we face an ever-challenging environment within agriculture, joining the dots between science and marketing couldn’t be more pertinent.”

North Staffordshire-based Janine will be working alongside Head of Marketing, Jodie Vale, and colleagues to deliver a full marketing-mix that both supports and showcases the Agrovista company values.

Having successfully completed the BASIS foundation last year, Janine hopes to offer agronomists and her wider colleagues a different perspective on marketing. She added: “With so many great technical stories to be told, it’s great to come into an organisation that has a desire to make a difference and share best practice through marketing.

“I’m really looking forward to supporting the marketing department in delivering that objective through effective, targeted and creative communication.”
