Having trouble with this set up & can’t figure out why it puts more seed to the the left of the drill both grass and forage crops on different seed rollers tonight I have looked in every tube and housing possible changed fan speeds still the same. Anyone else got a clue thank you

Swap the pipes

Pipes different lengths and easier to blow the short ones or maybe just trying to apply too high a rate

What brand is that? Am interested cos I have a new kuhn 3004 and would love to try a seeding unit on it.

Where do the 6 pipes off the seeded go to ?

Check black rubber flap that runs against the metering roller to help keep the seeds in the flutes. I have had the same problem in the past and it was because the rubber had become slightly more worn on one end than the other and seed was escaping around the roller . The best way to see if this is happening is to watch the roller turn when you are calibrating .

Is there a bend or elbow at the bottom of the tube running up to the mushroom head? If so seed could be hugging the outside of the bend before going up the straight

All seed pipes need to be the same length on any air seeding unit like that.
