You found any more out about the cows you mentioned earlier @Headless chicken ? my purchases from Saturday are due tonight, ill pop a few pics up if still light but I suppose they ought to go in the fleckvieh thread.

Not too much yet but I have someone working on it but all being well I will be having them. Fair few closer on baca though tbf.
Would be very interested in seeing some proper cows!

I saw from market report you’d spent the £££! What we’re the two in the pic price wise?
I'll have to check but all 12 av £1555 top was £2k down to £1180, only intended to pick one or two but the Cheshire pressure took over and with a fleck calf to come at £150 and its worth £100 that they are robot trained so they should stand at round £1300 all being well and all putting milk in the tank when we want it.

He’s just got no will power when it comes to buying cows , it’s an addiction he’s been battling for years !!!!!!!

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
