I had an inspector make the fatal mistake of telling me they were late upon arrival and had another job after me.

Least if there late you have a bit more time to do the last finishing touches.
On the contrary, I dragged my heels and got away with quite a lot. Best inspection I ever had!

That's my only bit of unsurfaced track there so it's just got two poly reels down it to get to the crappy old pp field the other side.

I can never go back there, it was a few years ago i drove in in girlfriends clapped out Clio, it had every warning light on, was firing on two cylinder and leaked oil from the sump straight onto the exhaust so it smelt like a portable tyre fire. The guy just looked at it from across the yard and asked if it all worked fine was, obviously i say yes and he took £400 off the Passat and i was out of there before he looked at it properly. Passat is a beast.

Got some for free last winter (it had been chopped wrong or something
) was ok as free bedding, better mixed with sawdust. Pens that needed mucking out every 3 weeks on sawdust needed mucking out every week with same stock number but miscanthus bedding
