Allflex website ordering- Crap of the first order

Is it just me, or is this possibly the worst online ordering website about?

Complete pants, long winded and convoluted and crap checksum processing. Support in the site is u/s and then when I try to order over the phone instead, I get the dreaded " Your call is important to us, but no one can be arsed to take the call" and kicks me off after 2 mins or less.

I like the Qwickid sheep tags, but wondering if it's time to go elesewhere

I always phone now, as it never worked online so I ended up phoning anyway. Been using them for cattle tags. Always OK to phone though so not sure why you got cut off. Only order once a year maybe twice if i need a few extra.

I also filled in the Allflex website message box where it was said they would contact me back...... Still waiting 24 hrs later!

I like the tags for breeding sheep but struggle every year to explain what I want. Can’t just say “the same as last year “ because last year is always wrong

IPMS seem good to deal with, they sell allflex, and their prices are better than most.

I don't have much trouble with them for the odd replacement but ring when I want a main run to make sure.

TBH, I have called them in the past as well, but no longer will I bother with them.

I always phone orders through. No problem. Tried the website few years ago. Rubbish. But definitely, since they were take over, service not as good. Could get replacement management tags for imports. Can't now. Has to be full primary..

Yep. And STILL not heard back from them....

A really 2nd rate service when they don't respond to emails either.

Just looked on your website , do you do metal cattle tags too as a secondary , can't find any on first looks at site ?

Aren't Shearwell the only metal tag maker as they took over Ketchum.
They do electronic metal ones.
Also excellent ordering system and invoicing.
