Evening everyone,
We have a UF1501 and when you have it in auto or manual and you start spraying the pressure goes up to 7/8 bar straight away, and even when you stop at the end or are parked up in auto it is still spraying at high pressure.
Anyone had this before with the Amazone? We have had the flow meters off and can’t see anything wrong with them, the turbine spins freely when it’s blown down.
Any help appreciated as it’s doing my swede in.
Regards
Mark

HI the end of pressure control valve probably broken off , how old is machine ? they are better now just pull motor and valve out you will see straight away rod out of motor should be attached to larger piece on end cut at 45 degrees

Yeah it goes straight up to 7-9 bar without even moving an inch. I’ll have a look in the morning. Is it the end of the section valves? The machine is 2005 I think. Been good other than a few section valves.

I had the same issue. It turned out to be problem inside the glued together junction box at the back of the sprayer. I had to change the whole wiring harness. Done this twice. No warranty. I even called and emailed amazone in germany in anger, but no help.

Tried first to change sensors with no luck.

Can u put it into manual and try and adjust the pressure down, will at least narrow down where the issue is. Then you can trace it back to the valve see if it’s getting power

valve is on its own by pressure filter will have older type being 2005 new one stronger

It does it in manual aswell as auto. It’s not showing any flow rate even if set at 150L. I’m going to get a new flow meter and see if that helps it as one is free and one isn’t as free. I think the pressure sensor is ok but it’s not seeing any flow as one might be faulty, so it is putting more pressure out to try get it to register some flow but it can’t see it and causing the extra pressure etc.
