Amazone ZA-M Spreader shutter motor not responding

Any help would be appreciated. We have an Amazone ZA-M with an in cab Amatron 3 screen. Suddenly the spreader won't open either side and the warning comes up Left shutter not responding then Right shutter not responding. Nothing seems to make a difference all plugs have been taken apart and cleaned all cables checked for damage. Just seems highly unlikely that both shutters have worked for years then fail in the same minute. Any ideas would be welcome.

Its sounds like you might of tried this but mine does this now and again, take the plug from the drill out of the black box the amatron 3 is on get some emery cloth and gently rub the spades in the connector then horse the spades and the female side in contact cleaner or brake cleaner if you haven't got any. If that doesn't work just check you've a got earth and power supply from the battery of the tractor to that black box.

Thanks for that Puma, Yes I've tried that. Just noticed that we have no power to the proximity sensors on the shutters either. I've disconnected one motor and it only tries to turn when disconnected but not properly. The slides are free. I hate electrics..!!

Did you ever find a solution to this - as my spreader had the same problem today - figuring its a bad earth causing insufficient power to the left and right shutter

Turned out to be this fuse on the isobus loom after.

I don’t know about that fuse but I’ve changed the D-power plug on mine and put it on an Anderson plug directly to the battery, it’s much more reliable now. Cleaning up the big flat connector plug with emery is a good idea.
