Hello,
I have Amazone ZA-M spreader, manufactured in 2011 and after replacing many parts (weight cell included) and many visits from my service guys I am still having problems with my weight cell, which is not showing accurate weight. We have calibrated the weight cell many times but it always shows more weight, than I actually load it with. For example I load my spreader with 2000 kg of fertilizer and the weight on Amazone shows 2080 kg.
This inaccurate weight causes more problems - when I calibrate my factor (calibration rate) manually (the method where you fill the bucket, weight it and then enter the amount to amatron) I recieve calibration rate of for example 1.15. According to spread tables the rate should be 1.14. When calibrating the spreader through online calibration or 200kg calibration I recieve a rate of 1.03. There is clearly something wrong with the weight cell as the weight cell is used when calibrating online and I recieve wrong rate.
Do you know any tips or tricks that may sort this out? Sorry for my english, I am not native speaker.
