I feel terrible about criticising the NHS because many staff have made terrific sacrifices but the core is as rotten as a bad apple. Nurses in GP practices have carried the can while the doctors remain invisible. I have seen my doctor twice in twelve years and the last time was when he stuck a needle in my arm for jab 2. With respect to an ongoing issue I got a phone call after a four week wait but perhaps he did not get extra money for that.

Our experience of the NHS over the last year has shown them to be nothing short of a disgrace which sounds terrible considering the sacrifices some staff have made but my father and his sisters final months and days during the Covid crisis were something you’d not wish upon your worst enemy a complete and utter failure of care. I hate the system with a passion.

At least Jimmy made me smile a few times before the awful truth about his past came out, Mr Blair on the other hand has never achieved that, I trust him about the same as I trust Hilary Clinton....................Zero!!
And didnt it used to be "Sir" Jimmy as well?? I dont know who advises Her Majesty on knighting these people but whoever they are they need replacing.
