Picked this one up today. Dragging both back legs. Looks a bit like swayback but it came on suddenly. Lovely big single. Any ideas anyone?

Spinal abscess, IMHO.

Pen Strep every day for 5 or 6 days.

If you don't see and improvement, depending on how much you want to mess about, it's either another few days of Pen Strep or you put it down.

I don't know if this link will work but it is for Dale Farm on You tube. They had similar which their vet thought was lead poisoning.

I don’t think it’s lead, none in that part of the farm that I know. Probably as some have said spinal abcess. It came on a bit too fast for swayback.

Preliminary report from vets indicate very high levels of iron ,manganese and lead .lambs also were deficient for copper.
This bunch of ewes have been grazing flood meadows all winter,I am assuming they have eaten enough soil /silt to lock up any copper and that’s what we’re seeing now
God only now’s where the high level of lead has come from there isn’t any lead mines within 30 miles
