Hi again
How to go up through gears on non synchro Ford 6810 ap cab
When you double clutch it grind 1 to 2 us fine but 2 to 3 and 3 to 4 grind and won't go into gear
Anyone know best way or technique to change?
Thanks

Turn the radio up:)
No just get the knack , done thousands of hours on 7610 ,
6 th high. Stab throttle. Dip clutch flick dual power pop into 7 th throttle on then off dip clutch high dual power , then same again in top. , now do it in reverse coming down 😜
Best gearbox ,
Still looking for a Carrara axle 4 wd 6810 ap to Park next to the wife’s 76

From memory you had to be swift and smooth. Clutch in - neutral - clutch out - small blip on throttle- clutch in - up a gear! The higher the gear the less revs needed
Then coming down. Clutch in - neutral - clutch out - large stab on throttle - clutch in - down a gear. 8-7 almost full revs then full revs for the next two. If you miss you will have to stop and start again!
It use to be very satisfying getting it right in the old TW’s, turning into yard with in the right gear with a 12 ton trailer on the back and three clouds of black smoke wafting away in the distance! 😁
