Are the AHDB complicit with RT?

Solution
So having seen some of the correspondence now it's absolutely outrageous.

So yes the AHDB, AIC, NFU and RT are complicit in acting against the farmer. They are demonstrably engineering a situation whereby almost all grain has to be funnelled for sale via a RT payment. It is wrong..RT are a private company and we have already seen that they are overreaching wherever they can.

Having seen this in practice now, despite all the "good work" the AHDB do I'm sorry but they need to be shut down. Let something more ethical take its place. You cannot have an organisation acting against its levy payers - you just can't. If there is something rotten near the top then you just can't let it continue.

I'm in contact with both the NFU and AHDB about RT at the moment. It now seems that once they have trotted out the party line via email a couple of times hoping you will go away. If you are still not happy and push further, they want to meet in person or talk over the phone, rather than put anything more down in writing.
Yes this has been going on for months, Guy Smith offering to chat blah blah blah via phone with me, when I told him I wasnt interested in chatting to him he blocked me.

Grass and Grain,Clive, warksfarmer etc etc etc etc

not just us - there is an increasingly large group all pushing for answers and some integrity in this industry now

ALL NFU members should be asking questions and seriously considering what they are supporting at the moment

cone AHDB cereal vote time if they haven’t changed attitude significantly then i fell we will be better off without them as well

It needs representation to all MPs who have an interest in rural affairs. We can't allow this to toxify our industry

The only vote most have (yet) is to resign NFU membership. Why any REAL farmer would support this clear and now PROVEN curuption I have no idea and certainly no respect for whatsoever

And lots of us have done just that recently but it feels like it needs a bit more coordination going forward. Appreciate most like me won’t have the time but keeping track of multiple threads or knowing exactly what best to do is tricky.

I've just noticed something else.

AIC have removed the wording that allowed a pesticide declaration.

Afaik NFU were going to be in contact with AIC the other week, talking about the pesticide declaration.

It's been there for over a decade for imports, but not available for UK grain. We've been forced to take out RT, SQC etc.

So we come along asking for equivalence. Asking for same rules as imports.

And now they've changed the rules.

Hmmm.

Just part of the collusion and fraudulent activity going on behind the scenes.

They've absolutely no reason at all to refuse gatekeeper method. Worka perfectly for a central store. And it shouldn't be outside of the realms of possibility to devise something which works on the gatekeeper principle, but works on an individual farm basis.
They absolutely have a reason! Because if they allowed domestic product though the gatekeeper methods RT would face a collapse in membership.
Indeed. But they ought not deny UK farmers access to an existing method that they allow for inports. Thats.....unfair.
It absolutely is unfair and has been now for 2 decades. UFAS make it very clear that there is no route for domestic grain to go through the gatekeeper method because RT exists
