Just for clarity , as I did not want to bring Omsco in to this at all , it has nothing to do with the customer not wanting Omsco milk ,( as I always say Omsco always do a great job for there customers and members and thus is a credit to Sid and other board members ) but everything to do with the customer only wanting Arla milk due to the outstanding work of our Organic team at Arla

As you know I am not a dairy farmer (cows went in 2001) so I dont actually care who you sell your milk to or how you produce it because (as I keep saying) there is room and opportunities for all British dairy farmers and all systems. But what does bother me and what got me seriously interested in the industry again is the fact that dairy farmers are the weakest element within the dairy supply chain despite the fact we are barely 80% self sufficient in dairy, why is that? Well dairy farmers are a "divided and conquered" sector, and the really sad shameful part of that is the fact that some of our very own dairy farmers do their bit to deliberately offend, annoy, criticise and ridicule anyone who does not fit the "narrative", this results in arguments and plays straight into the hands of those who seek to keep dairy farmers weak. I have no idea why any dairy farmer would put more effort into that than trying to build a better industry for all (sound like Corbyn now). But as this is an Arla thread I will end this with an Arla observation - love em or hate em they certainly have a plan for the future and concentrate on how to increase consumer engagement and sales rather than simply mud slinging at every other milk buyer in the UK.

Maybe in your slanted eyes you have, but @Ducati899 dosn't think you have answered them properly either.

Well i was going to comment on the "milk swap" but I suggest Arla members ask their reps as i put a "slant" on everything.

As for so long you have just tried to play the innocent organic farmer with all your negative posts about Arla but when a search is done of you on the Internet it turns out you are registered as a director of one of Arla's competitors , yes granted the two companies do work together but with all your negativity against Arla it now seems you have commercial interests at stake of being a board member as reported by the firm you represent.
Now you say you are not now having resigned and haven't had any role in that firm since last autumn so something is wrong here as the information I am referring to was submitted in may this year .

As it seems you have vested interests in a competing company do you think it is proper behaviour be continually slating off a competitor or have you other things to hide that we need to look for as it's amazing what internet searches come up with .

I went to halses open day and met two Arla producers. They spent nearly an hour moaning about Arla. Nothing constructive was said. They said they weren't being listened to and their issues ignored. Do i not represent them?

Are you sure that the 2 farmers were moaning to you and it wasn't the other way around? I am sure you wouldn't add fuel to the fire?

commercial interests
Who hasn't if they sit on any board/committee? Do you think the Muller reps will have a vested interest in not promoting organic at the expense of conventional ?
having resigned and haven't had any role in that firm
That is not what i said. I said i resigned from the role of regional rep and chairman of the committee.
vested interests in a competing company
As i said above all NFU board member do in who they supply don't they?

Are you sure that the 2 farmers were moaning to you and it wasn't the other way around? I am sure you wouldn't add fuel to the fire?
Do you want the Arla members names and addresses? or ask the NFU staff member that was stood next to me or another TFFer that was stood the other side of me. That 4 witnesses.

And @Fergieman you still haven't apologized for an untrue comment you made back along
You must have been taking lesson's off @Sid - if you don't know the facts just make something up.

As @Sid is completely neutral and has nothing to gain from spreading rumours , oh sorry I forgot to ask which hat was @Sid wearing at the time .
What rumours is this then? do tell me?

Whilst its common to hold a number of commercial directorships and also take a role with an industry "body", it is extremely hard to demonstrate there is not a direct conflict of interest let alone demonstrate a completely unbiassed view/approach and requires an extremely disciplined approach.
