Woolly belly wethers that get in with ewe lambs have caught me off guard in the past :facepalm:🍆.

I didn't have a sutre kit and it was a mad panic at the time. It is definitely a good shout. I still feel an awful sense of guilt now when I think about it.

I think that actual cobweb is better when straight off the roof of the woodshed - apparently they contain a clotting agent which makes the difference.
First lambing job I did, I also helped them trimming horns.

Chap showing me took too much off and sent me to barn to grab some, I honestly thought he was taking the pee. Almost like go to the ar part place for Indicator Fluid or tartan paint. Got it anyway, went back and he just placed it over the bleeding horn.

Boss over in Iceland also used the same thing.
