If this shows the calibre of the advisers guiding Gove on his policies, I do not hold out much hope for real agriculture's route map to prosperity. Whichever way the wind there develops a plan.

New action on domestic fuels, construction machinery, shipping, dust from tyre wear and industrial emissions has been promised today by the government in a bid to improve air quality across the nation.

I read a report, I'll try and dig it out, that stated that 50% of particulate emissions form road vehicles was from tyre, brake and clutch dust.
Should ban Sunday drivers. Always braking for no reason.

I am totally confused these so called experts keep changing their mind every 5 minutes they all claim to be saving the planet. 5 years ago wood burners were going to save the planet and their installation was supported to the hilt and you were made out to be an idiot if you weren’t installing one now they are the devils creation.:scratchhead:
